Thermal desorption

thermal desorption

Thermal desorption is one of the best technologies currently available for the treatment of waste and contaminated soil with organic chemical compounds (hydrocarbons, solvents, pesticides, etc.) and inorganic chemical compounds (mercury, thallium and cadmium).

This technique offers every guarantee in order to ensure reaching the objectives for decontamination. In the case of contaminated soil, the treated soil can be reused as clean fill material saving costs from supplying externally.

In Emgrisa we have a long history of technological development, construction and operation of thermal units for treatment of contaminated soil and industrial waste, which has positioned us as one of the leading companies in the international market.

Our priority is to adapt to the needs of our customers. To this end, we offer two services:

  • Contracting our mobile thermal desorption unit, characterized by its high capacity of treatment (up to 30 t/h), yields of above 95%, low energy consumption (65% compared to a conventional unit) and advanced treatment of gases, capable of meeting the most stringent emissions regulations.
  • “Turnkey” projects, through the design, construction and temporary operation of thermal treatment units – transportable or fixed – optimized for the material to be treated and the objectives to be achieved.

The innovative capacity of our engineers coupled with the experience gained in the projects developed up to this date, has made it possible to design more efficient and effective treatment systems.

OUR LONG HISTORY OF THERMAL TREATMENT OF SOIL AND WASTE HAS POSITIONED US AS LEADER IN THE INTERNATIONAL MARKET
